Another Pantaran Sastera was organised by Language and Literature Bureau on 2 June 2008. It was entertaining night with UBD students presented two teaters, deklamasi sajak and of course free makan. Chief guest was PS Culture, Youth and Sport Ministry.
The massage is clear. Smoking kills. A teater by DBP staff. "Pembunuh sanyap, di hisap lasap, lanyap" Those are the wordings.....
People are talking about globalising the local sastera. How ? Go to Internet. Translate the sajak into international language so world could feel your expression.....
This is my first presentation, mendeklamasikan a translated sajak in English.
The focus of the play was "smoking is not good for health" Everybody should support the "no smoking campaign" so we could live in a healthy enviroment.
