Mutiara Ballroom Sheraton Utama Hotel was full of photographers attending the Pro Seminar and Workshop organised by Interhouse Company, Canon Products sole agent in Brunei. I was one of the invitees.
Young and old equipped with their Canon cameras gave full attention to Mr Robert Poon from Singapore on Pro Photographer Seminar on EOS IDs MK III. The topics include New features and function and key selling points.
Another speaker was Dr Teoh Peng Kee from Malaysia who covered Tips On Taking Better Photos with Canon EOS Camera. The audience had the opputunity to share with Dr Teoh on his works and tips on taking better photos.
Variety of Canon products were displayed include cameras and printers. The one in the picture is the new case of the Canon camera which had an anti shock capabilities.
After seminar, participants moved to pool site to test their new knowledge. Many used the latest Canon series. Those who had an older one should not feel inferior cos picture taking is an art. It depends not only on the latest camera specs but also how one eyed toward their subject.
Interhouse Company invited an artist Ayuni Liyana (wearing coloured baju) to be the photographic model in that evening. She is the twin sister to Ayuni Khairunnisa , happen to be working with Interhouse. If not wearing different baju, can you spot the difference ?
Paparazzi of Brunei ? No.... They are our local photographers. Low angle, high angle, eye-level angle. All sort of shots depend on you taste. The close up, the medium, the long shot... so long you don't drop yourself into the swimming pool nearby.
